We’re pleased to advertise a one bedroom ground floor flat in Burntwood. This home benefits from heating, is having new windows fitted and has one double bedroom housing a maximum of two people. It also has communal gardens and communal parking. Parking is offered on a first come first served basis. Our properties are unfurnished with no carpets, curtains, furniture, or white goods. Offers will be subject to affordability checks and references. The successful applicant will be required to pay a minimum of one weeks rent in advance before you sign up. Our schemes are for applicants with the age requirement of 55+ only.  All household members must meet this age criteria.
